We have lived here for 2 years and have renewed for a 3rd year. We truly enjoy where we live. Any maintenance requests we have submitted have been taken care of within a day or two. The weekly lawn service keeps the grounds clean and cut, including our yards.

We have been renting a TMG property for 2 years and have renewed for a 3rd year. We truly enjoy where we live. Any maintenance requests we have submitted have been taken care of within a day or two. Every Roberts Court home is a two-level, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome with an attached garage, a private patio and fenced backyard, a fully equipped kitchen, wood-style flooring, and an in-home washer and dryer. Renovated homes add quartz countertops, subway tile, stainless steel appliances, LVP flooring on the main floor, fresh paint, and updated lighting. Most homes share a 1,424 sq ft layout; Units 1411 and 1499 have a south-facing 1,312 sq ft layout.

Yes! We welcome cats and most dogs (up to 2 pets per home), with some restrictions.
Pet rent is $35/month per pet, and the pet deposit is fully refundable (used only to cover pet-related damages).

The application fee is $50–$65 per adult (each person 18 or older must submit their own application). Most applications are processed within 24–48 hours, provided we receive all required documents and can verify your information.

Every townhome has a one-car attached garage, central air conditioning, a private patio and fenced backyard, and an in-home washer and dryer. The community has mature landscaping and resident mailboxes, and is pet-friendly and smoke-free.
Inside your townhome, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace in the living room, and three bedrooms upstairs. Renovated homes add quartz countertops, subway tile, and stainless steel appliances.
Yes. Every townhome has a one-car attached garage with direct access into the home, plus parking in front of the house. Parking is included with your rent.
You can schedule a tour online or contact our leasing office directly. Showings are in person with our leasing team (Saturday showings available), and you can walk through both layouts anytime with our 3D tours.
While we recommend touring, it's not required before applying.
We require a minimum credit score of 600. Combined household income must be 2.5–3x the monthly rent.
Applicants with scores between 600–699 may qualify with an additional $500 security deposit. Scores 700+ qualify with standard deposit and fees.
Co-signers are accepted if they have a credit score of at least 700 and income of at least 5x the monthly rent.

Roberts Court is on SE Roberts Drive in Gresham, near Mt. Hood Community College, parks, shopping, and dining, with easy access to I-84 for commutes to Portland.
Once approved, you'll pay a holding deposit (25–100% of one month's rent) to secure the home. Then you'll sign your lease and pay the remaining move-in costs (security deposit, first month's rent, pet charges if applicable) before your move-in date.
